This Week in DC I’m Reading the Hardest Passage in the Bible

I’m participating in an event this week in Washington, D.C. called America Reads the Bible.

It’s being held at the Museum of the Bible, and Christian leaders from across the country are taking turns reading through the entire text of the Bible, 8 AM-8 PM (CDT) each day.

I’m reading tomorrow (Tuesday, April 21) in the 7:00 PM hour (CDT).  I am reader #4 out of 5 for the hour.  (Here is the full schedule, and here is the list of all the readers, in alphabetical order.)

My Assigned passage is the Hardest in the Bible

I am reading what I think is the hardest passage to read in the entire Bible:

Ezra 1-3 in the King James Version. I’m not exagerating—check it out and see what I have to work with!

As hard as this passage is to read, I actually think it’s a really cool passage, for reasons I’ll explain later.

Join me on the livestream. I’ll give you a wink from the podium.
